On computer-select play then use your mouse to “click & drag” to look all around. On mobile- select play then move your phone (left, right, up-down, etc. 360 degrees).

The Garden of Just because

It is inspired by the kingdom of fungi and mycelium network that makes fairy circles. It is scheduled to open at Wollaton Hall in Spring/Summer 2021. The work was made during my time as artist-in-residence with the Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity and is part of a larger interactive installation.

Experience a 360 virtual tour of fungi taken from the Wollaton woodland floor.

Deep Sea Adventure

Inspired by ideas from local children, Deep Sea Adventures is an interactive voyage of discovery with coral reefs to crawl on, mysterious caves to explore, and giant fish that are not quite what they seem. The installation is designed for a child to play with their grown-ups and includes elements for crawlers and toddlers right up to children aged 10 years old.

The Runaway Hare

The Runaway Hare

It is a hide and seek adventure performance  for toddlers and their grown-ups. The audience is invited to become part of the story and join the performer in a curious, playful and sensory journey through a digitally enhanced performance.

The show was presented in collaboration with Nottingham Lakeside Arts and was developed and designed  as part of my PhD research at the University of Nottingham, Horizon Digital Economy Research and Mixed Reality Lab. My research  focused on the design of visual, sensory and interactive digitally enhanced performance spaces to harness young audiences innate playful nature.

The performance will engage audiences as co-creators through touch and interactive play. Some of the activities are child-led which allows them to influence the action, choose where to play and how to collaborate with the performer.
