The Girl of ink and stars

Commissioned specifically for library spaces the play is full of myth, magic and map-making – a story about children, their bravery and their curiosity.  Forbidden to leave her island, Isabella dreams of the faraway lands her father once mapped. When a girl from the village disappears into the island’s Forgotten Territories, Isabella and her lifelong friend Pablo go in search of her.

The performance was presented through headsets giving an immersive 360° sound experience. Toured Nottingham/shire, Leicester/shire and Rutland Libraries July / August 2019
